In Memory Of Mike Parham

Mike Parham (1950-2012):

Mike Parham, the firm’s founding member, originally began the firm as “Parham and Smith”. He spent more than 35 years dedicated to providing the highest standards of legal representation to individuals across the State of South Carolina.

Mike Parham represented the families of those who had been victims of medical neglect, nursing home neglect and other significant personal injury actions. He was dedicated to providing quality representation to individuals who found themselves in some of their darkest hours. His knowledge, wisdom and teachings will forever perpetuate and be foundation of the firm, which continues with the dedication and focus Mike instilled within us all.

Partner, Blake Smith, joined Mike in 1997 and Brooke Archenhold, who is now also a partner in the firm, joined them both in 2002. The legacy of Parham and Smith continues at Parham Smith and Archenhold.

Mike Parham was a great lawyer; a great family man; and an all around great guy. We will forever miss him and seek to honor his great legacy.
